Reflection

  1. What have you learned?

I learned that we can't just sit around and do nothing.  Our bodies are a gift.  And we need to take care of them.  I also learned that I feel better emotionally as well as physically when I eat healthy foods and when I exercise.

2. What have you enjoyed adding in your life? 

I've enjoyed dancing and being more aware of the foods I eat.

3. Have you reached your goal or gotten closer to it? 
Yup.

4. What will you continue to do after this course is over? 

Continue being a healthy boss.

5. Do you feel you will maintain your goal and fitness plan?

Probably not the one I have now....but I'll definitely stay health.
