Reflection

  1. What have you learned?

I learned that we can't just sit around and do nothing.  Our bodies are a gift.  And we need to take care of them.  I also learned that I feel better emotionally as well as physically when I eat healthy foods and when I exercise.

2. What have you enjoyed adding in your life? 

I've enjoyed dancing and being more aware of the foods I eat.

3. Have you reached your goal or gotten closer to it? 
Yup.

4. What will you continue to do after this course is over? 

Continue being a healthy boss.

5. Do you feel you will maintain your goal and fitness plan?

Probably not the one I have now....but I'll definitely stay health.

Week 3: Food Feelings

Well......yeah.....I'm doing well.  Maybe not as good on my veggies as I should...but I've been eating a lot of fruit.  And I usually don't eat that much.  So that's actually my focus right now. :D

Substance Abuse

Substance Abuse is when a person takes way too much of an illegal or legal drugs.   Not only are they extremely addicting and can drain your wallet, but they are very bad nutritionally as well.  The common theme between all of them (smoking, chewing tobacco, alcohol etc) is that it messes up your body's ability to function correctly.  Abusing these substances ruin certain necessary jobs that your body needs to do.  Obviously, with these gone, your body will just waste away.  It's not pretty.  So don't abuse these substances or you'll have one wreck of a body.  Your heart will stop working, your liver will fail, your lungs will turn black, your intestines will revolt or something equally bad as any of these things are dangers for substance abuse.

So don't do it.  The end.

Food Feelings Week 2

Well, I'm doing really well with my food.  I'm eating a lot healthier. :)  I already eat pretty well and my mom is on a diet so it's not hard at all.

Exercise Activity Week 2


1. I thought I did pretty well, but I realized I had added too much to my plate.

2. Well, I had to change my fitness plan a little bit because I was overwhelming myself with too much.  I was trying to exercise on top of my rigorous dance schedule and it wasn't working out.  So I decided to cut back and focus on my dance.  I dance 3 times a week for a total of 9 to 10 hours of dance.

Well, I did really well with my food.  My mom is making us all go on this weird diet so it's not too difficult to follow since my whole family is doing it.  I think I'll be doing the same next week. :D
