Exercise Activity Week 2


1. I thought I did pretty well, but I realized I had added too much to my plate.

2. Well, I had to change my fitness plan a little bit because I was overwhelming myself with too much.  I was trying to exercise on top of my rigorous dance schedule and it wasn't working out.  So I decided to cut back and focus on my dance.  I dance 3 times a week for a total of 9 to 10 hours of dance.
